Deliverables
What You Get at the End of 5 Days
Every AI Readiness Assessment engagement produces four concrete outputs. These are not slide decks with generic advice — they are specific to your organisation, your existing software stack, and the business context of your industry.
Workflow Audit Report
A 15-point scoring of your current processes for AI readiness — covering data availability, process repeatability, decision complexity, and integration feasibility. You get a scored heatmap of every workflow reviewed.
Top 3 Automation Candidates
Ranked by ROI potential, implementation complexity, and data availability. Each candidate includes an estimated annual saving, the recommended approach (agentic AI, RPA, or hybrid), and the tools required.
90-Day AI Roadmap
A phased implementation plan broken into three 30-day sprints, with effort estimates, indicative build costs, team resource requirements, and success metrics for each phase. Ready to share with your board or investors.
Executive Summary
A 1-page board-ready brief for internal sign-off. Plain language, key numbers, recommended first move. Designed to get your leadership aligned and a budget approved without a 40-slide deck.
How It Works
The 5-Day Assessment Process
Our assessment follows a structured methodology developed across deployments in BFSI, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. Every step is time-boxed so you get the output on day five — not in three weeks.
Day 1–2
Discovery Calls
Structured 60-minute interviews with 3–5 workflow owners across your finance, operations, HR, sales, or customer service functions — whichever processes you want evaluated. We map current-state flows in real time.
Day 2–3
Data & Systems Audit
We review your current tools, data flows, and integration points — Zoho, SAP, Microsoft 365, Tally, or custom software. No access to sensitive data is required; we work from system descriptions and sample reports.
Day 3–4
Opportunity Scoring
Every workflow is scored against six criteria: data volume, repetition rate, decision complexity, integration feasibility, ROI potential, and risk. We rank the full list and select the top three candidates for detailed analysis.
Day 4–5
Report & Readout
You receive the written report on day five, followed by a 60-minute readout call with your core team. We walk through every finding, explain the scoring, answer questions, and confirm your 90-day plan before the call ends.
Ideal For
Who Should Book This Assessment
The AI Readiness Assessment is not for everyone. It is designed for organisations at a specific stage — past the "AI curiosity" phase, but not yet committed to a build. If you recognise your situation in any of the cards below, this engagement will give you clarity before you invest.
SMEs Ready to Move Beyond Chatbots
Companies with 50–500 employees that have experimented with ChatGPT or a basic bot, but want to deploy AI that actually reduces headcount costs or cycle times. You have real workflows, real data, and a real need to automate at scale — not just a conversational interface.
Enterprises with Underutilised Platforms
Organisations running Zoho CRM, SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, or Tally that feel the software is not working as hard as it should. Your data is there — it just is not connected to automated decision-making. The assessment identifies precisely where to add the intelligence layer.
CXOs Who Need a Business Case First
CEOs, CTOs, and COOs who understand the AI opportunity but need a vendor-independent, quantified business case before committing ₹5–50 lakhs to development. The assessment gives you a document you can present to your board, your CFO, or your PE investor with confidence.
Why eNeoteric
What Makes This Different From Generic AI Consulting
India has no shortage of AI consultants who will spend three months producing a strategy document that recommends the tools they happen to sell. Our assessment is structured to avoid every one of those traps.
Not a vendor pitch — we are technology-agnostic
We are not reselling a specific AI platform. Whether the right answer is n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, a custom Python agent, or a simple Zoho workflow, we recommend what fits your existing stack and your team's ability to maintain it. Our only incentive is giving you an accurate picture, not pushing a licence.
India-specific context built in
We understand GST reconciliation workflows, HRMS processes under Indian labour law, Tally and SAP B1 integrations, and the compliance realities of DPDP Act, RBI IT Framework, and SEBI guidelines. Generic global AI consultants do not. Our scoring models are calibrated for Indian SME and enterprise contexts, not Silicon Valley SaaS companies.
Backed by delivery — assessment fee is credited to implementation
We do not just assess — we build. eNeoteric's software and AI team builds the agentic workflows, integrations, and custom copilots we identify. If you proceed with implementation, your full ₹60,000 assessment fee is credited towards the development cost. The assessment is not a sales tool; it is the first sprint of your AI journey.

- Do I need to share access to our production systems?
- No. The assessment is based on structured interviews and documents you share voluntarily — process flow diagrams, sample reports, system screenshots, or architecture diagrams. We do not require database access, API credentials, or access to live production environments at any stage of the assessment.
- We are already using Zoho / SAP / Microsoft 365 — is this still useful?
- Absolutely. The most common finding in our assessments is that existing enterprise software is underutilised — the data is there, but no one has connected it to automated decision-making. We specifically assess what is achievable within your current stack without requiring a platform migration, which typically reduces implementation cost by 40–60% compared to greenfield AI builds.
- What if our top automation opportunity is outside the top 3?
- The report includes the full scored list of every workflow we reviewed. The top 3 receive the detailed ROI analysis and roadmap, but you will see the score and brief rationale for every process audited. If you disagree with the ranking, the readout call is the right place to discuss — we have revised recommendations based on client context before.
- How is the ₹60,000 fee credited if we proceed to implementation?
- Once you sign an implementation contract with eNeoteric, the assessment fee is deducted from the first invoice. There is no minimum implementation spend required to redeem it — even a ₹1.5 lakh automation build would see the ₹60,000 credited. The only condition is that implementation must commence within 12 months of the assessment delivery date.
