Common Questions

What prerequisites are needed for the Professional level?
Participants should have basic WiFi knowledge equivalent to the Foundation level — understanding of 802.11 standards, frequency bands and general networking. Hands-on experience with AP deployment or network administration is beneficial but not mandatory.
Will I use Ekahau tools during the workshop?
Yes. The Professional workshop includes hands-on lab time with Ekahau AI Pro for predictive design and Ekahau Sidekick for site survey. For onsite delivery, eNeoteric provides Ekahau Sidekick hardware. Temporary Ekahau AI Pro lab licences are provided for the duration of the course.
Does this training prepare me for ECSE certification?
The Professional workshop covers significant Ekahau content aligned with ECSE Design and ECSE Survey curricula. For the official Ekahau ECSE certification exam, we recommend following up with a dedicated ECSE Design or ECSE Survey course. Ask us about combined training packages.
