• Microsoft 365 essentials (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) — Learn to use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and meetings, Outlook for professional email and calendar management, and OneDrive for secure cloud file storage and sharing.
• Collaboration tools & virtual meeting best practice — Develop best practices for virtual meetings, online collaboration etiquette, shared document editing and using Microsoft 365 tools to stay productive in hybrid work environments.
• Secure remote working & VPN usage — Understand how to work securely from remote locations: using corporate VPN, recognising security risks in home and public Wi-Fi environments, and protecting sensitive data.
• Data sharing, permissions & file hygiene — Learn how to share files and folders responsibly, understand permission levels in OneDrive and SharePoint, and practise good file organisation and hygiene habits.
